Let's celebrate and have FUN! FUN! FUN! KARAOKE, CORN HOLE, DARTS, DJ, AND HEAVY APPETIZERS.

Grab some neighbors or your significant other and head on down to Talega Clubhouse. This event is considered a pop-pop casual event as the first stop to your Friday night out on the town or a relaxing meeting place after a long week before heading home.

No waiting in lines to order a drink, having to bring cash or pay a tip. Just a casual atmosphere to end your week or to quick off your Friday night. The event is B.Y.O.B and TLC will be providing light finger snacks, cups, and ice. Grab your adult beverage, or drink and head on over to mix and mingle.

Let the clubhouse be an extension to the holiday and stop on by to have a drink or two. This event is for Talega residents only. It will sell out very quickly.

Cost: FREE just bring your adult beverage and ready to mingle.

Is there an age limit to attend this event?

You must be 21+ to attend this event.

Where is the event at?

At the Talega Swim & Athletic (100 Calle Altea) inside the clubhouse.

Can my Non-Talegan friend attend with me?

Every participant must be a Talega resident. No out-of-town guests or family.

Can I register for my neighbor?

No each household may only register for their personal home. If a duplication in names appears on the registration and prior approval was not approved by Event Manager, it will automatically be eliminated from the registration.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No, you cannot give your tickets to another person. We must take the first person off of our waiting list, if you can no longer attend, please contact Marcy Maulorico by email marcy.maulorico@fsresidential.com

Why am I only able to reserve up to two adult tickets?

For Adult Only Events, the limit is 2 per household, unless proof of residency can be provided for additional adults. If you have a third or fourth adult living in your home, please contact the event manager at 949-361-8466 ext. 2. Verification of the additional adults MUST be approved prior to registering them otherwise the registration will be considered a duplication an automatically cancelled without notice. Verification will only be accepted in the form of photo ID with the Talega address appearing.

What is the refund policy?

This event is free so a refund would not apply. However, we do ask due to the space being so limited that if you are unable to attend to please contact the event manager Marcy Maulorico so that we can attempt taking someone from the waiting list. The cancellation policy is still in effect even though event is free.
