About this Event

In June 2011, a non-violent, youth-led coalition known as LUCHA (“Lutte Pour Le Changement” or “Fight for Change”) was born in eastern Congo. It quickly spread throughout the country, asking for an end to the Kabila regime, and advocating for a more prosperous and developed Congo. Working with a team of local cinematographers, Belgian filmmaker/journalist Marlène Rabaud follows the trajectory of one of LUCHA's promising leaders, Luc Nkulula, as he organizes during Congo's elections, before his tragic death in a suspicious house fire
