On August 24, Tuscan Kitchen in Portsmouth will team up with its neighboring Federal Cigar to present a distinguished night of Italian-inspired cuisine, velvety scotches and full-bodied cigars. 
 Hosted outdoors on Tuscan’s scenic patio, guests are invited to draw in Federal’s finest premium offerings while sipping on a collection of scotches that have been hand-selected by the Tuscan beverage experts to pair seamlessly with decadent artisan offerings from its scratch kitchen. 
 Transforming into an al fresco humidor for the night, the menu will be presented as follows accompanied by a “My Father Cigars Toro Sampler” from Federal Cigar consisting of Jaime Garcia, La Antiguidad, El Centurion, Don Pepin Original and Don Pepin Series JJ cigars complete with a guillotine cutter and soft flame lighter:
