ERIS Brewery and Cider House is Chicago’s first full service cider house and brewery facility to produce cider and beer on premise, while offering communal dining and entertainment spaces.

<p>We&#x27;re preparing a variety of flavors -- fruit, herbs, hops, heck even wood chips -- for this hands-on blending session. Grab a pipette and add samplings of as many as you like to our Pedestrian dry cider. Keep experimenting until you find one you love! </p><p>You may come up with something really unique, so take good notes and share your findings!</p>
