What should I bring?

Think of your space as building a nest for deep rest. The floor is firm, and the more supported you are, the more your body can truly let go.
Consider bringing:
A yoga mat or two, cushions/ pillows, a thick blanket or two, anything cozy that helps your body feel warm and supported.

When should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 5:45 PM to allow yourself time to settle into this sacred space. Doors will close promptly at 6:00 PM, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated to maintain the integrity of the experience. No refunds provided for late arrivals. Thank you for maintaining a safe space for all.
