Chronology

Australia Piano Quartet (APQ)has been UTS’ Ensemble-in-Residence since 2011. Since that time it has produced a diverse body of work in two main streams; outstanding chamber music concerts; and innovative collaborations with a range of faculties and partner organisations.

Australia Piano Quartet - UTS Ensemble-in-Residence CHRONOLOGY

APQ presents CHRONOLOGY, a string trio program of music spanning six centuries. 16th and 17th century English works for viols by Byrd and Purcell contrast with short works by Bach, Webern, Kancheli and Australian composers Felicity Wilcox and Kristian Winther. Two classic trio works by Beethoven and Dohnányi complete this dynamic program.
