If you or someone you know is living with Chronic Pain you will not want to miss out on this program. Maybe you are the caregiver or family member or friend of someone with Chronic Pain, you too can benefit from this program. Topics: •	What is Pain- the mind body connection
•	Dealing with difficult emotions
•	Physical Activity (pacing and rest)
•	Healthy Eating
•	Communication 
•	Medication 
•	Depression
•	Positive Thinking
•	Healthy Eating 
•	Working with your physician or health care institution 
6 week course meeting on Tuesday evenings from 5:00- 7:30 at the Cross Lanes Library. We will discuss the above topics as well as discuss Action Planning, Problem Solving, Communication, Brainstorming, and Feedback. The class is being offered FREE of charge by Great Rivers Regional System for Addiction Care.
