REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for students and teachers to receive school supplies.

🔰 Read Before Registering 🔰

Only students 10-17 years old are eligible.

Only one ticket per student and teacher name is valid.

Each student must be registered separately.

We limit tickets to maximum of 3 per household.

The students must be present to claim the supplies. We will not hand out multiple book bags to an adult without the student present.

Proof of age must be shown upon claiming the school supplies.

Teachers must also show a school ID to receive school supplies.

A printed copy of the ticket/form is required upon collecting school supplies.


Free back to school physicals are available!
