The Department may use, publish and reproduce the images and recordings in any form (whole or in part) and by any medium (including online and in print) in order to promote and report on the Event. The Department will use its reasonable endeavours to seek the consent of identifiable persons appearing in images and recordings prior to capturing their images. However, in large crowd photographs, this may not be possible. By registering your attendance, you agree to the collection and use of your image in accordance with this privacy statement.
