What ingredients go into chocolate.3. How craft chocolate is made. 4. How to taste chocolate - how the terroir affects the chocolate5. How to mold your own chocolates (that you can take home!)And the bonus - we&#x27;ll have several wine options as well as non-alcoholic beverages for y&#x27;all to enjoy, all included with the class.
