Chocolate Dinner

Are looking for a sweet date night idea or maybe even learn a thing or two so you can whip up a delicious meal for that special someone? We have just the thing! On February, February 11th, Chef Richard will be hosting a dinner to teach you how to cook a five-course meal with chocolate by preparing it right in front of you. 

Please reserve your spot in advance! Tickets are $30 each, and include one short beer, soft drinks, and several courses. Arrive hungry - there will be a lot of food.

Menu:

Appitizer - Coconut chocolate shrimp cocktail

Soup - Mango cocoa soup

Salad - Shredded lettuce with almond bark, strawbrerries, and topped with a chocolate dressing

Entree - Cubed beef with roasted red peppers and a cocoa demi glaze, accompanied by sweet potatoes with Swiss Miss and swiss chards sauteed with carrots and chocolate 

Dessert - White chocolate brownie with a amaretto ganache
