About this event

Curious about where chocolate comes from and how it’s made? Join bean-to-bar chocolate maker Amy Vachon of Sotto Chocolate and chocolate industry educator/facilitator/trainer Maya Townsend – both Watertown residents – to explore this incredible food’s journey from tree to bar. We’ll sample bars from Massachusetts makers along the way, developing your tasting skills for texture, terroir and quality.
