<DIV>Event: Chilli Chilli Bang Bang - Hot sauce tasting competition</DIV>
<DIV>Where: The Wonder Inn, 29 Shudehill, M4 2AF</DIV>
<DIV>Time: 5pm - 7.30pm to register your table and team name (max 6 people)</DIV>
<DIV>8-9pm 1 hour for your team to test and rate the chilli sauces</DIV>
<DIV>Submissions must be made by 9pm sharp.</DIV>
<DIV>Results and prizes awarded 10pm</DIV>
<DIV>Entry: £5 per table</DIV>
<DIV>What do we get?: Entry fee entitles team to massive bowl of tortilla chips and salsas, along with 10 hot sauces to rate in order of heat 1 - 10 (hottest).</DIV>
<DIV>Palate cleansing sorbet will be provided to all teams.</DIV>
<DIV>What do we win?: </DIV>
<DIV>1st prize full collection of hot sauces from Los Antojitos worth £30   </DIV>
<DIV>2nd prize: Top 3 hottest sauces plus collection of salsas worth £20  </DIV>
<DIV>3rd prize: Hottest sauce and collection of salsas worth £10</DIV>
<DIV>Hot Vegan food available from 5-10pm</DIV>
<DIV>Sharer bowl of tortillas with chilli and salsas £6, Taco trio choice of 3 fillings from 5 £5, Chilli bowl £4.</DIV>
