General Rules:
- Chili must be cooked from scratch
- Contestants are responsible for providing their own serving utensils/storage. No propane, open flame, or fuel burning equipment allowed. Crock pots and other electric type cookers are permitted.
- Contestants must be present to serve their chili
- Spoons and tasting cups will be provided by event
- Chili is judged by the people who attend the event; there is no panel of judges. Each person who attends will be able to enter three votes for the chili(s) of their choosing.
- Votes will be counted and winners announced at 1300 on the day of event
