Welcome to the **Children’s Wellness & Intro to Self Healing** event! Join us on Thu May 16 2024 at 6797 N High St ste 333 for an evening filled with fun and learning. Please join Jessica and Phoenix for the Children's Wellness & Introduction to Self Healing. We will be discussing topics throughout this monthly series that will go into the summer and continue into the fall. This group will give your child tools to help them with their overall well-being. We will discuss and demonstrate topics such as communication skills, developing compassion and understanding, and will introduce and try out self healing tools such as sound pods, frequency whistles, breathing techniques, tapping/EFT, Sound Healing through singing bowls and tuning forks, crystals, simple meditations, and much more! Parents are welcome to join the group, wait in the lobby, or drop off and pick up. We are excited to see you there!
