Due to venue hire, staffing, and event planning costs, we are unable to offer refunds once tickets have been purchased. Please ensure you are able to attend before booking.

⚠️ Event Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled or significantly changed due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (including but not limited to illness, venue issues, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events), ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.

In such circumstances, refunds, credits, or ticket transfers may be offered at the organiser’s discretion and will be processed via Eventbrite where applicable.

The organiser reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the situation.
