Because our children face a future that's very different from what we've known, we need to ask ourselves if we are providing them today with the strong foundations they need for future growth and well-being. Fortunately, huge advances in developmental science in recent years have provided us with a blueprint for how to do just that. It's time to ensure that our children and families have what they need to be healthy and thriving, now and for the future.

"Children: the Bedrock of the Granite State” is research-based presentation about why the early years are critical for New Hampshire’s future. The presentation draws on recent advances in developmental science, molecular biology, neuroscience and genomics in an accessible and engaging way.

Scott Spradling, Emmy award winning former reporter, anchor and political director for WMUR-TV and current Early Learning NH Board member, will be a featured presenter.
