Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you may transfer your registration to a future training date (subject to availability). Alternatively, you may transfer your paid registration to another individual by providing advance notice prior to the event.

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled training.
