Childbirth Prep: Ready, Set, Push

Join us to learn everything you need to know about the birthing process! This is a fun, interactive class for you and your support person.

In this course, you will learn the basics of the anatomy and physiology of labor and birth. We will help you understand what to expect at each stage of labor and will provide and practice tips and tricks on comfort measures available throughout labor. We will also provide practical tips on how to manage your pain and what you and your partner can do to support a healthy delivery.

The ticket price covers two people – you do not need to purchase two tickets for your support person to attend.
