Includes information about the labor process, medical interventions, and your postpartum stay. You will also learn breathing and distraction techniques. This class is recommended by 36-37 weeks gestation. A separate email link will be sent to you on the day of your class.

This class meets for TWO sessions and registration is required. If you have any questions, please email jill.huneycutt@lnrmc.com.
