Join Erlanger Women's Health Services for a virtual prenatal childbirth education class via Zoom. This class provides expectant mothers and their support persons information regarding:

  • Stages of labor
  • True vs. false labor
  • Coping skills
  • Realistic expectations of labor/delivery process
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Medical interventions

This class includes one session. The cost of the class is $20.00 per couple. When registering, please provide the name of your support partner who will attend with you.
