Childbirth Education Class

This class is designed to prepare the mother-to-be and her labor companion for the birthing experience. The class focuses on signs of labor, comfort measures to use in labor and breathing relaxation techniques. The class will include a tour of the facility where you will learn about our labor and delivery methods.

Class is held the first Tuesday of every month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Floyd Conference Center. Registration is required.
