Childbirth Basics: Virtual class via google meet

Join us for our NEW Childbirth Basics class covering the very basics of labor, delivery, recovery, and care with Northwest Women's Center. Class taught by a highly experienced labor and delivery Registered Nurse.

Please, only register ONE ticket with ONE email per couple. Classes are free.

Registration for the classes will end as soon as the class reaches its max capacity or two days before the class. You will receive a evite email with the link a few days before the class. If you do not recieve your evite to the class a few days before the class, please check your spam folder.

RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BE AT LEAST 28 WEEKS OR MORE PREGNANT IN YOUR THIRD TRIMESTER WHEN YOU TAKE THIS CLASS.

• Signs of labor
• The labor and birth process
• Comfort and care for unmedicated in labor
• IV pain meds and epidural pain management in labor
• Cesarean births
• Newborn characteristics and hospital care
• The Women’s Center procedures, including Covid-19 policies
• Postpartum care
