Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) Supervisor Support Training

Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) is an intervention model for children ages birth to 6 years who experienced at least onetraumatic event and are expressing mental health, attachment, and/or behavioral problems as a result. The treatmentmodel integrates psychodynamic, attachment, trauma, cognitive behavioral and social-learning theories into a dyadictreatment approach designed to restore the child-parent relationship and the child’s mental health and developmentalprogress. This training meets criteria for an Implementation Level Course in Child Parent Psychotherapy.

Virtual 15 Month-Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) Supervisor Only Support Training

SUPERVISOR ONLY TRAINING:
The ‘Supervisor Only’ track is for those clinicians that have successfully completed the CPP 18-month Implementation Level Training (or are currently enrolled in a CPP 18-month Implementation Level Training) and will be providing supervisory support to CPP clinicians at their agency. Certificates of attendance will be issued for each of the 3-separate virtual CPP ‘Supervisor Support’ training sessions and a final certificate when the supervisor meets the requirements below: 
● Completes a minimum of 12 ‘Supervisor Only’ monthly calls (18 monthly supervisor call opportunities) 
● Presents at least twice on their personal CPP supervisory experience during the monthly call

CERTIFICATES:
Certificates of participation are emailed the week following each of the individual virtual training events to registered participants.
