This site is for registration for the Chicago Seminars 2019. These are the places to go with any questions.
We have room for eight event sponsors.  Please contact chicagoseminars2019@gmail.com if you're interested in sponsoring. Sponsorships are $1,000.
The Seminar host hotel is the <A HREF="https://www.ihg.com/holidayinn/hotels/us/en/elk-grove-village/chieg/hoteldetail?fromRedirect=true&qSrt=sBR&qIta=99801505&icdv=99801505&qSlH=CHIEG&qGrpCd=C19&setPMCookies=true&qDest=1000%20Busse%20Road,%20Elk%20Grove%20Village,%20IL,%20US&srb_u=1" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Holiday Inn Elk Grove Village</A>. (This link will only work properly on a laptop or desktop browser, don't ask me why, because I don't know)
We may have an overflow hotel if demand is high enough; however, there will not be shuttles between the hotels. You're smart people, and there are plenty of hotels close enough -- use your points and stay at a cheap place if the host hotel is full.
There is an airport shuttle (from ORD) to the Holiday Inn Elk Grove Village. Don't fly into MDW if you want a shuttle. Rent a car or prepare for an expensive uber 
We will be seated tightly in the hotel ballroom - wear comfortable clothes (layers -- sometimes it gets hot, others it is cold!
On the day of the event, registration will open at 4 pm.
A NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $125, to be paid by PayPal, includes:
1. Admittance to all events, which begins Friday evening and will run most of the day Saturday and Sunday, and conclude in time for you to catch the last bank of flights out of ORD.
2. Lunch Saturday and Sunday.
3. Coffee/snack breaks.
4. A complimentary drink at Happy Hour Saturday night
5. Help offset travel costs for our presenters, whose airfare, hotel, registration, and incidental expenses will be covered. Speakers, Presenters, and Event Staff are all volunteer.
6. Fees for online registration and PayPal.
7. Other costs, such as name badges, supplies, etc.
Excess collected funds, if any, are donated to charities, as we have done the past nine years.
REGISTRATION IS TRANSFERRABLE FOR $50.  100% of the proceeds will be donated to the charities of which other excess funds are donated.  All transfers will be handled manually and must be completed by October 16, 2018, 11:59 pm US Central Time.  Please contact chicagoseminars2019@gmail.com to transfer your registration.
During the registration, you will be asked which seminars you want to attend for each time slot, or to select "none." Any that are full will be "greyed-out."
** For workshops that are full, we are NOT taking wait-list requests.
By registering you agree not to videotape or record the presentations in any way. Our speakers will be presenting some exciting techniques which they may not want to be released publicly.
If you take pictures, record video or audio without express written consent by the event organizer or the speaker of the session for which you are attending, you will be immediately dismissed from the event, and no refund will be provided.
Registrants will be required to sign a standard waiver as a part of registration absolving speakers, organizers, sponsors, and fellow participants of liability for any injury, physical, financial, or emotional.
