The Seminar host hotel is the <A HREF="https://www.holidayinn.com/redirect?path=hd&brandCode=HI&localeCode=en®ionCode=1&hotelCode=CHIEG&_PMID=99801505&GPC=CSI&viewfullsite=true" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Holiday Inn Elk Grove Village</A>.
Alternatively, we've secured a rate of $119 with the <A HREF="http://www.marriott.com/meeting-event-hotels/group-corporate-travel/groupCorp.mi?resLinkData=9th%20Annual%20Chicago%20Seminars%5ECHISG%60REWREWA%7CREWREWB%60119.00%60USD%60false%606%6010/18/18%6010/22/18%609/19/18&app=resvlink&stop_mobi=yes" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">SpringHill Suites Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall</A> as an alternative. There will not be shuttles between the hotels.
There is an airport shuttle (from ORD) to the Holiday Inn Elk Grove Village. There is NOT an airport shuttle to the SpringHill Suites Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall; however, the rate with the SpringHill Suites includes a voucher for taxi to/from the hotel to the airport (one round-trip voucher per room). 
We will be seated tightly in the hotel ballroom - wear comfortable clothes (layers -- sometimes it gets hot, others it is cold!
On the day of the event, registration will open at 4 pm.
A NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $111, to be paid by PayPal, includes:
1. Admittance to all events, which begins Friday evening and will run most of the day Saturday and Sunday, and conclude in time for you to catch the last bank of flights out of ORD.
2. Lunch Saturday and Sunday.
3. Coffee/snack breaks.
4. Help offset travel costs for our presenters, whose airfare, hotel, registration, and incidental expenses will be covered. Speakers, Presenters and Event Staff are all volunteer.
5. Fees for online registration and PayPal.
6. Other expenses such as name badges, supplies, etc.
Excess collected funds, if any, will go toward door prizes and donated to charities, as we have done the past eight years.
REGISTRATION IS TRANSFERRABLE FOR $25.  100% of the proceeds will be donated to the charities of which other excess funds are donated.  All transfers will be handled manually and must be completed by October 15, 2018, 11:59 pm US Central Time.  Please contact chicagoseminars2018@gmail.com to transfer your registration.
During the registration, you will be asked which seminars you want to attend for each time slot, or to select "none." Any that are full will be "greyed-out."
** For seminars that are full we are NOT taking wait-list requests.
By registering you agree not to videotape or record the presentations in any way. Our speakers will be presenting some very interesting techniques which they may not want to be released publicly.
If you take pictures, record video or audio without express written consent by the event organizer or the speaker of the session for which you are attending, you will be immediately dismissed from the event, and no refund will be provided.
Registrants will be required to sign a standard waiver as a part of registration absolving speakers, organizers, sponsors, and fellow participants of liability for any injury, physical, financial, or emotional.
