There are required classes that buyers need to complete before purchasing a Chicago Housing Trust home. Please register here for the Chicago Housing Trust program which will be held in tandem with the Condominium Training. Only register for one of the dates provided. Each session begins promptly at 5 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m. When you register, the ZOOM link will be sent to you one day prior to the date of the Training. The Chicago Housing Trust Orientation (standard requirement) and Condominium Training (if purchasing a condo or townhome) are required before you can place an offer on a Chicago Housing Trust unit/home, along with the 8-hour HUD Homebuyer Education Training (available at all HUD agencies).
