<h3>The Roland Quest Lecture Series</h3>Three of Chicago’s most internationally acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs—Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill, Topolobampo), Stephanie Izard (Girl &amp; the Goat, Duck Duck Goat) and Beverly Kim (Parachute, Wherewithall)—come together for a lively discussion about creativity, challenge, and using their seat at the table to advocate for others. Moderated by veteran food and culture reporter Monica Eng. The chefs&#x27; cookbooks will be available for purchase, and book signing will follow the lecture.On the night of the event, Phi Mu sorority will be conducting a food drive to benefit the Elmhurst-Yorkfield Food Pantry, so event attendees are encouraged to bring an item to donate.
