Join us in our beautiful historic Geneva location for our latest experience, Cocktails & Gardening! Combing two of our favorite subjects, we'll spend the evening in our "English Garden" space (weather permitting).
Enjoy planting your own mixology garden of herbs and edible flowers, while learning the basics of choosing, planting, caring for and harvesting your garden. We will then discuss the endless possibilities for using the herbs and edible flowers in cocktails and mocktails all summer long!
From muddling them in your glass, crafting them into shrubs and simple syrups, to using them as garnishes to enhance your drinks, we'll show you all the ways to make the most of your harvest!
We'll even dabble into the world of edible flowers, teaching how to best grow them from seed to supply you with a summer's worth of garnishes.
Special guest Amy Parise from Wasco Nursery, along with our very own creative Mixologists Team will guide you through the evening, while sharing their vast knowledge. Enjoy stories behind the Journeyman Distillery and the intriguing history of behind this local collection of spirits.
Charcuterie boxes are available as an add-on.
