This annual event brings the community together to teach a healthier lifestyle to middle school age kids and their parents.

Thank you for registering for the 9th Annual Chew and Move!  We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, April 18, 2020!

<h2>Chew and Move is an annual event designed</h2><h2>to promote awareness in children that </h2><h2>exercise and healthy eating can be fun. The</h2><h2>children will be offered a continental </h2><h2>breakfast and will then rotate in groups </h2><h2>through activities such as basketball, dance</h2><h2>fitness, pound and coding. Following the </h2><h2>activities, the children are given a healthy </h2><h2>lunch and will learn from a nutritionist </h2><h2>about healthy eating.  The children will </h2><h2>have a chance to win door prizes at the end</h2><h2>of the program.   From 12:30 to 1:30 pm, </h2><h2>parents are offered a free lunch and the </h2><h2>opportunity to participate in an engaging </h2><h2>discussion with a local pediatrician about </h2><h2>adolescent health. </h2><h1>The entire event is FREE and </h1><h1>open to the public!</h1>
