Did you know that smoke alarms are the most important safety features in your home? Did you also know that they expire after 10 years? This class will educate you on home fire safety including how to maintain your smoke alarms, how to install them, where to install them, kitchen cooking safety tips, how to properly use a fire extinguisher and how to safely escape your home in a fire.

Instructor: Kaleigh Liscio

Kaleigh Liscio, Fire & Life Safety Educator with Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services, has grown-up in the fire family and has been an educator for nearly 2 years. Kaleigh spends most of her days out in the community educating residents on fire safety and conducts home visits to check/install smoke alarms and also offers a home inspection..

Kaleigh is all about her community and is always looking for ways to improve safety and education. You will not be disappointed with the knowledge and expertise she will share in this class.
