What should i wear?

It is best to wear loose and comfortable clothing that allows free movement of your body for Tai Chi. Soft trainers and track suit bottoms and t-shirt is excellent

Do I need previous experience of a certain fitness level to practice Tai Chi ?

There are no pre-requisites for starting Tai Chi. Initial beginners training does not require a specific level of fitness or physical ability. Tai Chi is suitable for all levels of fitness, it will bring benefits to beginner or experienced sports practicioner.

Is it suitable for the young and old ?

Tai Chi is suitable for the young and the old. The BBC website as many references that talk of the benefits of regular Tai Chi and Qi Gong, especially for people with cognitive conditions and impaired mobility. It is an ancient art, and a great all round conditioner of mind and body.
