Join us for a delightful afternoon filled with delicious food, great company, and European apéro vibes on the lawn at Tancredi & Morgen! Chef Adam Silverstein will showcase tapas and small bites inspired by his recent travels to Portugal and northern Spain, complemented by wines expertly paired by local connoisseur Nathaniel Cohen of Elroy's Fine Foods and Chez Noir.

About Tancredi & Morgan:

Tancredi & Morgen is our family-owned shop in Carmel, California. We—Roger and Marsha, along with twin daughters Gwynneth and Megan—present a mix of our favorite things. Here we offer a small selection from our shop each season.

About Adam Silverstein:

Adam, born and raised in New York city, found his way out west over a decade ago and hasn't looked back since. As a chef and outdoorsman, he believes that food should be a celebration of the flavors and textures found in nature. His cooking style is heavily influenced by the surroundings here in California, where the sun and the climate yield a variety of fresh and vibrant ingredients. Adam believes that each dish should be a reflection of the environment that it comes from, and always strives to infuse my dishes with the unique flavors and personalities of the local produce. Adam’s food and technique is influenced by his having spent many of his younger years traveling and working abroad in Europe. Whether you are a food lover, an outdoors enthusiast, or both, his dishes will make you feel comfortable eating what the central coast california has to offer.
