Join us for Chef’s Notebook, an intimate dining experience at Gabriel Archer Tavern where Chef Chad Bergeron opens the pages of his culinary notebook to share the inspiration, techniques, and stories behind each beautifully crafted course.

Thoughtfully paired with The Williamsburg Winery’s wines, this exclusive 4-course chef’s dinner celebrates the flavors of Virginia through seasonal ingredients, expertly selected wines, and an evening of exceptional food and conversation.

As we gather to celebrate Veterans Day and honor those who have served our country, we’re also proud to recognize Vet First, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting U.S. Veterans while helping address food insecurity through organic and sustainable agriculture.

Founded in the Shenandoah Valley in 2020, Vet First creates meaningful employment opportunities for Veterans and grows fresh, organic produce that is donated to local food banks. With its second location here in Williamsburg, Vet First continues its mission of cultivating a brighter future for Veterans and our community.
