In this three hour class you will make a custom kitchen knife like no other. Join us and learn to shape the handle scales from the material of your choice and then how to properly attach and finish them. You will leave with a piece of premium cutlery that will last a lifetime. Machined from top-quality AUS-10 Japanese stainless steel, and hardened to HRC 57-59 The chef's knife's blade is long and broad for bold, confident cuts in a wide variety of meats and produce. All participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions apply. Consider 1 on 1 private instruction.
