The Chef Series is a dope night of EATING: an educational and experiential pop up dinner with cooking presentations designed to share The Nest: Tambien&#x27;s unique approach to brunch dining. The first event in this series will be on Friday, November 18, at the Nest: Tambien located at 16916 Bellflower Blvd Bellflower, CA 90706 with doors opening at 6:30 pm for ELVTD Experience ticket holders.https://www.eattambien.com/chef-seriesThis unique dinner series will be celebrating our food through a 6-course prix fixe menu (with an optional) pairing of 5 exclusive Chef Series cocktails and adult beverages for additional purchase). These cocktails and adult beverages are designed to enhance and compliment each dish.If you have been to Chef Series before you understand how we have grown and expanded with each event. We have moved into using more Chef demo&#x27;s and enhanced the multimedia portion of your experience. Up ‘til now we have showcased our homegrown talent and in house chef&#x27;s but now we are going global!The Chef Series is now showcasing some of the best emerging chef&#x27;s in California and beyond. We are moving into a new era of Chef Series that allows for a broader experience that will bring you evenings that feature multiple points of views and an array of of flavors and cultures. This is a new way to express the diversity of The Nest Group and show that we do so much more than breakfast and brunch. Equally as important is the opportunity for you to gather as a diverse community around the expression of food and drink. In times like these community and people of all backgrounds coming together to break bread is essential to our evolving American experience. It is going to be an amazing night and we want you to be a part of it.Our second triplicate installment of Chef Series (4.0, 5.0, and 6.0) will be with Chef T. Featured in numerous publications Chef T is an author and entrepreneur that is quickly expanding his own brand The Rising Phoenix. Chef T is one of Long Beach&#x27;s most important and impactful chefs. He has a unique cultural point of view finding amazing ways to express the history and culture of Cambodian cuisine. He is invested in the promotion and betterment of his people and desires to educate and expose the beauty of his culture. He will serve as your instructional tour guide.Attendees will be treated to an opportunity to experience our restaurant like never before! Not only will you be tasting and drinking great food and beverage options but you will be treated to a night of education by our Chef as he navigates you through the evening with science and anecdotes about the menu that will allow you take a peek into the kitchen and understand the mind of the chef. You will hear directly from Antonio Cortez Appling the Owner and creative behind También&#x27;s identity. His captivating way of explaining the origin stories of our dishes is truly enticing, making each offering come to life. You will leave with an understanding of how we do trustworthy food like never before.Tickets start at $95 per person and are NOW available in-store and online. The Chef Series is a must see; a go-to date night, or fun outing with friends. Due to limited seating, this event will be a ticketed event; and WILL Sell Out...so DO NOT wait to buy your tickets.
