Chef Sam Etheridge is the former chef/owner of Ambrozia Bar and Bistro in Asheville. He is partnering with Metro Wines to open a wine bar &amp; Bistro this summer in Reynolds Village in Asheville. He had 2 restaurants in Albuquerque, NM, and was nominated for best chef in the Southwest and won a James Beard Award as advisor for the cookbook, Foods of The Southwest Indian.
