After eight remarkable years of welcoming art enthusiasts from across the country, Cheeseburn Art is thrilled to announce its re-opening for an exciting new chapter after its two-year break. Unveiling a renewed vision that embraces mindful encounters with art, sound and nature, promoting a slower pace of life.

This year we will present a diverse collection of new and exciting artworks. Alongside our curated selection of visual Art, there will be a programme of sound which will take place throughout our two open weekends. Included within this programme will be a series of live performances, and the rare opportunity to participate in a sound walk, guiding you through the grounds of Cheeseburn. This sound walk experience will be available to sign up for on the day on a first come first served basis, there will be several slots available to attend. As well as these offerings there will also be several other sound-based works to encounter throughout the grounds, alongside our presentation of sculpture, installation and 2D media.
Joanna Riddell, Director of Cheeseburn Art, is delighted to welcome Dr Bennett Hogg and Tia Taylor Berry to curate this year’s exhibition.
