March 25: Springtime Cheeses: Spring marks a lively season in cheesemaking, with the arrival of new milk and the production of fresh, seasonal cheeses. Learn how the seasons shape cheese and enjoy a tasting of selections that capture the flavors of spring.

April 29: April in Paris! Explore the world of French cheese while learning about and sampling a curated selection of iconic French varieties.

May 20: Cheese and Tea Pairings: Explore how black tea’s tannins pair beautifully with cheese.
