For cheese newbies to the upmost connoisseur, our cheese 101 evenings are a fun-filled and informative way for everyone to learn the basics of cheesemaking, cheese care, tasting, and beverage pairings, all within an intimate (yet not intimidating!) space. We look forward to sharing our love for cheese and our experiences with you!NOTES:P﻿lease purchase a ticket for each member of your party. Ticket price includes admission for one, as well as a cheese course, accompaniments, and beverage pairings for one.D﻿oors will open at 5:15pm, and class will begin promptly at 5:30pm. This is a seated event, which we expect to continue for 90 minutes. After the class, there will be time to shop with a 10% discount!IMPORTANT NOTE: We may not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies. If you have purchased a ticket and have severe food allergies, please email will@thecheeseshopofportland.com 2 days prior to the event so we can adjust your plate.
