At Mill City Cheesemongers, we are committed to supporting small-scale producers of artisan and farmstead cheese, natural wines, craft beer/cider, and specialty foods, with a primary focus on producers from New England and the Northeast. Our products come from people who farm sustainably, prioritize animal welfare, and care deeply about their work.

Mill City Cheesemongers

Don't be intimidated when you're faced with dozens of choices - it's just cheese! Once you learn to identify the basic families of cheesemaking styles, from fromage blanc to blue, you'll easily be able to find something you love.
 We’ll learn some cheese history and science, talk about milk and why it matters, and discover how to identify flavor components. 
Class includes samples of six to seven cheeses and accompaniments (including two wine pairings) and written pairing notes.
