Our intro to cheese course is all about the important basics: What are the main styles of cheese? What types of milk are used in cheesemaking and why? How do I describe what I'm tasting? 
Cheese 101 will arm you with knowledge to take your cheese obsession to the next level. Enjoy a guided tasting by your resident expert cheesemongers, tips on sensory analysis, and a chance to geek out with fellow cheese nerds! 
Enjoy a diverse selction of 8 cheeses alongside gourmet and wine/beer pairings.
