Organized by

We host hour long cheese exploration classes; typical class run time is 45 minutes of instruction and then we open the floor to questions and discussions for the remainder of the time. We pride ourselves on learning; exploring the world of cheese from its history to production. Each class is unique as each instructor has a vast and personal knowledge base that they pull from as we delve into the depths of the cheese world. We offer virtual tastings, in person private events (with a minimum of 6 guests), cheese making, board making classes, and other unique events inspired by our foreign and domestic, farmstead, sustainably and ethically sourced, cheeses and accoutremonts.

Stop in for a bite, stay for a class, open your mind and taste buds to the wonderful funky world of cheese.
