Charcuterie Workshop

During this fundraiser, supporting GLO Harrisburg,

Mimosas & Munchies expert Jennifer, will guide you through creating some charcuterie and cheese preparations including ways to create finesse in your boards with salami or pepperoni roses!

We’ll talk about some general food pairings.

Each guest takes home:10 x 10 bamboo plate, mini bamboo tongs, bakery box to box up and take home as well as a logo'ed hand towel. 3 cheeses: Cheddar, Brie and one additional1 meat: salami/pepperoni that will be made into a rose. Grapes, Strawberries, Olives or gherkins, Honey or preserves, Chocolate covered pretzels, Pistachios or another nut.
