Charcuterie Skills Class

Just in time for outdoor entertaining! Learn the tips and tricks to creating beautiful food arrangements to tempt and amaze your guests. Genie Correia and Jonathan Coelho, Blithewold’s kitchen and private events managers, will demonstrate techniques and assist you in assembling a small board of your own to take home. Call them charcuterie or cheese boards, picnic fare, or grazing tables––once you know how to pair foods and use knife and design skills, you’re on your way to creating delicious works of art of any size for any occasion.
We will be using a variety of foods; please advise of any allergies. Materials are provided.
