Come join us for an afternoon at Thick N Thin Brewing Co. for a hands-on experience and learn how to build your own individual charcuterie board with Honey D Charcuterie.
This workshop will allow you to learn the tips and tricks of styling cheese and charcuterie while creating your own board to enjoy at TNT with a brew or take home with you after the class.
What's included in your ticket:
- A palm leaf board to build on and take home with you
- A bakery box with window to transport your board home.
- All food ingredients: gourmet cheeses, salami, fresh & dried fruit, olives, nuts, crackers and all accompaniments for creating your board.
- One hour step-by-step guidance on how to slice cheese, style salami, food style and create a charcuterie board led by Diana of Honey D Charcuterie
- A small jar of honey with wooden honey dipper
- Your own Honey D Charcuterie How-To Guide to take home
- A Perfect Pairings Guide to take home
Your first beer ticket will be provided by Thick N Thin!

All sales are final. Workshop tickets are non-refundable, but Tickets may be transferred to another person with a 48 hours advance notice sent to: info@honeydcharcuterie.com. If you cannot attend the workshop, arrangements can be made to pick up your workshop kit.
