We are partnering with Christin, owner of Boards in a Box, to bring a Charcuterie Board and milkshake event to OEC. Christin will walk participants through a step by step demonstration on how to curate a beautiful charcuterie spread built upon an 8x8 disposable palm leaf platter. Ingredients will include three cheeses, salami, fresh & dried fruit, olives, pickles, sweets, jam and nuts! Participants will learn how to fold salami like the best of them and make their own coveted salami rose!
At the end of the event, participants will have a beautiful board to take home and enjoy with friends & family throughout the weekend.
