A pivotal part of the creation process is working with Mama Earth's timing, natural rhythms, and the nervous system. As we create, we must consider the re-integration of being a Earth-based being, and the re-mapping of our endocrine and nervous system. Stress and fear can be destabilizing, even with bookoos of energy coming our way. We can also learn to utilize that stress and fear to create and expand beyond our perviously coded patterns of hesitation and limitation.
