Changing Discourse Red Team Mastermind offers a two day extensive training on four Red Teaming concepts for those that wish to strengthen their strategic planning abilities. Attendees will be asked to bring with them a current strategic plan they are working on to be discussed and refined at the event. Prior to the event, each participant will sign a confidentiality waiver to ensure a private and professional environment where strategic plans can be shared in full confidence.Changing Discourse Red Team Mastermind features Major Charles &quot;Chip&quot;Huth - Division Commander with the Kansas City Police Department, former Sergeant of the KCPD 1910 SWAT Squad, and Co-Founder of Changing Discourse; with Tanner Brock - Small business operations and culture development consultant, and Co-founder of Changing Discourse. Joining Maj. Huth and Mr. Brock is Col.Kevin Benson - Lead instructor with Red Team Thinking. Col. Benson served as the assistant chief of staff in charge of planning for Coalition ground forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Cobra II, leading the team that developed the invasion plan for Iraq.Friday,Aug. 209 a.m.-6 p.m.On day one attendees will be introduced to the principle of Red Teaming. The lead Red Teaming guides for the day will be Maj. Huth and Col. Benson. The concepts of S.W.O.T. and A.C.E. will be explored. Through micro lessons, application breakout sessions, and active coaching by Maj. Huth, Col. Benson, and Mr. Brock. Lunch will be provided along with a variety of beverages and snacks.Saturday,Aug. 219 a.m.-5 p.m.On day two attendees will explore the next two concepts. First to be explored will be pre-mortems, followed by the framework of building your own Red Team within your organization. Similar to day one, Maj. Huth, Col. Benson, and Mr.Brock will facilitate micro lessons, application breakout sessions, and active coaching. Lunch and a variety of beverages and snacks will be provided.6:30 p.m. Off Site Dinner Individuals from the Mastermind event will have the opportunity to explore their questions and ideas more in-depth with Maj. Huth, Mr. Brock, and Col. Benson at a special private dinner.
