ChangeMaker by WheelWorks Arts is back this autumn with more creative EDI training.Using powerful yet subtle art and coaching techniques, ChangeMaker will show you how to build an inclusive, equitable, and more productive work environment. Along the way you'll gain applicable skills, and explore an artistic side you may not even know you had!Guided by both a WheelWorks artist and an executive coach, ChangeMaker's unique creative exercises give you a fascinating insight into your own perceptions, stereotypes, and misconceptions, so that you can connect better with those with values, heritage, biases, and experiences different to your own.As the demand for quality EDI training continues to grow, ChangeMaker is equipping organisational leaders with the skills to address sensitive issues in the workplace, making it a training experience that not only fulfils legal EDI requirements, but exceeds them.A unique way of looking at workplace culture and a truly transformative learning experience. <h3>F acilitators</h3>Fiona Molloy is an executive and life coach experienced in skills training, public consultations, and strategic planning exercises. Fiona has devised and delivered training inputs on coaching skills for managers, as well as personal coaching skills, and has delivered ILM Leadership Coaching (Transformative Leadership Programme) as part of a diverse Peace IV reconciliation programme.Sonali Mondal has over 20 years’ experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, lifestyle arts and crafts producer, as well as a workshop and training facilitator. She runs her own online business and designs for several Irish design companies. Sonali believes art is a tremendous creative and expressive tool to address personal growth, pride, self-expression, and wellbeing.
